Hillary Biscay, triatleta professionista vincitrice dell’Ironman Wisconsin 2009, affronterà la stagione 2010 in sella alla nuova Wilier Triestina Tri-Crono, modello in carbonio ad alto modulo, disegnato da John Cobb, con l’ausilio di studi in galleria del vento. Hillary debutterà in gara col suo nuovo purosangue nell’Ironman Malaysia Langkawi, il 28 Febbraio 2010.
Wilier Triestina USA has announced sponsorship of Ironman Champion and perennial Iron Distance podium finisher Hillary Biscay. She will be riding the 2010 Tri‐Crono, one of three Wilier Triestina trial models designed by John Cobb, also supplied to ProTour cycling team Lampre‐Farnese Vini. One of the most prolific female pro triathletes on the circuit, Biscay joins fellow Ironman Champions Kate Major and Chris McDonald in Wilier’s lineup of multisport athletes. Biscay is the first woman to record six top‐5 Iron Distance finishes in a single year (2006). In all, she has twenty‐one Iron Distance top‐5 finishes in her palmarès.
